- Co-founded a bootstrapped B2B SaaS platform providing property data to tradespeople for lead generation. As the sole owner of sales and marketing, I built and optimised a full acquisition engine spanning paid ads, cold email, SEO, and content.
- Managed and delivered SEO and digital marketing alongside cold email and paid ads (Meta) to drive traffic to technology-as-marketing funnels for lead generation. Generated a consistent source of new customers at a 3.5:1 LTV:CAC ratio.
- Implemented A/B testing program for paid ads funnel, from ad creative down to lead magnet, reducing cost per lead by over 50%, with an average landing-page-to-lead rate of 21%.
- Scaled acquisition from paid ads to organic SEO and content averaging 16k impressions and 100 clicks per week, reducing dependency on paid spend and driving down CAC by 26%.
- Worked closely with the product function to maintain a tight feedback loop between what customers wanted and what we were shipping, including defining product requirement documents, UI/UX work and user acceptance testing.
